Technical Information for the use of the CD-ROM:

For reading the manual you need Acrobat Reader (Version 6.0 or higher) installation
on your PC.

HINT:
This CD ROM includes an auto start file. If it doesn't work, please open the CD ROM
in the explorer
and start the index file (e.g. contents_EN.pdf). From this platform you can
navigate to the different files.

To navigate better through the Index, we recommend to disable "open cross-document

links in same window" at your preferences in your Acrobat Reader.
