1) NO. While we agree that PLDT complied with the notice requirement,
the same cannot be said as regards the separation pay received by some
of the affected workers.
2) YES. When petitioner filed its Motion for Execution pursuant to this
Court's ruling, there was no longer any existing basis for the return-to-
work order. This was because the Secretary of Labor and Employment's
return-to-work order had been superseded by the National Labor
Relations Commission's Resolution.
