Our regular pool maintenance includes:

 A complete analysis of your pool water, Checking and cleaning the filter bag (whenever necessary).
 Empty skimmer basket.
 Periodical test of pH & Chlorine levels:
o pH control – maintaining the correct level 6.8 and 7.0
o Maintaining the optimum level of chlorine ensuring the proper elimination of organisms and bacteria to
keep the water, clean and clear.
 Use of flocculent to remove particles which is not collected by the filter.
 Shock (chlorinate) the pool if necessary.
 Clean the waterline.
 Cleaning the filter compartment.
 Chemical (Desjoyaux certified) dozing when ever required, to maintain a healthy water.
 Brushing / vacuum cleaning the pool bed & side wall of the pools.
 Maintaining the pool log book (for our record) on the condition of the pool water chemistry as necessary.

As discussed, we are pleased to offer an AMC (non-comprehensive) for your Desjoyaux System of Swimming
Pool at Urban Forest, Bangalore.

Our Scope of maintenance (Non Comprehensive)
Capacity Charges

o Chemical dozing manually as required in maintaining the clarity of water. 2,65,000 ltrs 25,000.00
o Keeping water parameters as per BIS standards & preventive maintenance of the (approx)
system is taken care.
o Routine maintenance work involves (whenever required):
Suction sweeping of the floor of the pool.
Skimming out floating debris.
Maintaining ph & Chlorine value as per industry norms & standard.
Dozing rescheduling depending on the condition of the water & atmosphere.
Keeping swimming pool free from biological contamination
o Periodical cleaning of the filter as per the requirement.
o Excludes any accessories and anything which is not mentioned above

Rupees In words: Twenty Five Thousand only (Monthly) 25,000.00

Grand Total 25,000.00

Clients Scope:
 Water for swimming pool top up.
 Electricity has to be provided.
 Chemicals & Accessories for routine maintenance work.
 To provide a store room close to the pool, to store the consumables & accessories.
 In case of any Machine breakdown, necessary works needs to be carried out.
 Quarterly water fitness test need to be carried out (if requred).
 To provide a notice board on the pool deck area.

Please note:
 Tax extra at actuals.
 The above cost is of Non-Comprehensive type of AMC. Accessories (filter bags, rings, nets, suction head,
floor brush, telescopic rod, suction hose etc.,) & Consumables (Chlorine, ph stabilizers etc.,) needs to be
supplied by the client as per the requirement & requisite.
 The above cost is per pool.
