Following QAP will be applicable for the pipe. Supplier shall submit the signed QAP for purchaser’s approval.

NOTE:
1. If co-relatable certificate is not available test sample size to be selected depending upon the heat number and lot size such that sample size will give
enough confidence about the material of lot.
2. This QAP is commented with perception that finished pipes be offered for inspection with original mill test certificates.
3. Raw material of pipes shall be of Indian, USA, Europe and Japan mills only.
