* One airline ticket (i.e., one-way airfare for one passenger from their country of residence to the United States)
will be issued to a winning applicant who successfully completes the immigration procedure; the applicant will receive
one-way airfare from their country of residence to the United States. The one-way airfare will be issued for both spouses,
but not for children or other family members. The dates of the flight will be booked based upon the customer’s progress
in the immigration procedure and according to the judgment/discretion of the USAFIS Organization. The booking of the
flight to the United States will be made by the USAFIS Organization with the airline it chooses to collaborate with.
After completion of the booking, any issues that may arise including but not limited to; Inter alia, weather delays,
technical issues, and flight changes are the whole responsibility of the winning applicant. USAFIS Organization will
not be responsible or carry any demand from the client and/or any other third party regarding the flight ticket after
it is purchased and provided to the client. This offer of one-way airfare to the United States will be valid during
the length of time specified in the particular registration package and according to the USAFIS Organization Terms and
Conditions. Receipt of the ticket is dependent on winning the DV Lottery and the production of a scanned copy of the
winner's passport containing the governmental stamp. Receipt of the ticket is dependent on winning the DV Lottery,
the production of a scanned copy of the winner's passport containing the immigrant visa , and providing USAFIS
Organization with ninety (90) days prior written notice regarding his/her desired Entrance Date.
