SUBJECT : After-activity Report, re: Conduct of Joint of Drug Test of

BJMP Personnel of DCDJ-MD and DCDJ-FD by the PNP
Negros Oriental Crime Laboratory.

2. ICOW the above references, please be informed that at 0900H today,

P/CINSP MARCO PONCE DE LEON, Operations Officer, PNP Negros Oriental Crime
Laboratory together with two (2) of his personnel collected urine specimen to BJMP
personnel of Dumaguete City District Jail - Male and Female Dormitories. At least forty-
one (41) out of the forty-three (43) personnel strength of this unit to include the
undersigned and eleven (11) personnel from the Female Dorm submitted their urine
samples which will then be submitted to the Chemistry Department of the PNP Crime
Laboratory for determination of presence of any illegal substance. The two personnel
who were absent were JO2 Rodel C Pinero, who is one of the escorts during the
remand of prisoners to the NBP that left last Friday and JO2 Ildebrando R Umbac II who
is on leave since October 13, 2016. They will then be advised to submit themselves for
the same test as soon as they report back.
