Quality of Service Provided by Flight Attendants of
Unicorn Air After Attending Courses

Table 1 shows “Respondents’ Rating Satisfaction” while

Table 2 displays “Courses Attended by Flight Attendants”.
Generally, there is a correlation between the satisfaction
rating of respondents with the number of courses attended by
the flight attendants.
All respondents gave very high ratings of between
4 (satisfied) and 5 (‘very satisfied’) for ‘Personal Grooming’
because the number of flight attendants who attended this
course was the highest (88 attendees). The satisfaction ratings
for ‘English at Workplace’ dropped to the lowest rating
whereby all the respondents scored it as 1 (‘not satisfied at
all’) probably due to the fact that it had the lowest number of
attendees (32 only) to this course. Additionally, most of the
respondents recorded quite high ratings of 4 and 5 for ‘Work
Ethics’ while Singaporeans were not so satisfied (2) with this
aspect even though this course was attended by the second
largest group of flight attendants (70). The rating of
satisfaction varied between the range of 1 to 5 as only 46
flight attendants were present during the ‘Interpersonal Skills’
course.
In summary, the respondents’ rating of satisfaction was the
highest when more flight attendants attended the courses.
