COST? It was agreed by Gateway Members
in our annual review in 2019 to
introduce training fees in 2020. Course fees are a
nominal amount and small contribution to overall
running costs in the region of €10-€40
depending. We ask that course fees are paid in
advance through the Gateway office. Receipts
provided.
Places are limited and on first come first
served basis -please apply early to avoid
disappointment.

Introduction to Community
Development & Participation (part 2)
 Gateway is a community development
project but what does this mean and why is it
important?
 Explore and develop your understanding of
how Gateway and community development
processes work to build community,
inclusion and participation with a tailor made
group programme from the CDETB
 Build skills and knowledge around social
justice, inclusion, equality and power
 No experience required. COST €15
Starts: Wednesday 5th February 2020
Duration: 6 weeks ->Wednesdays 11-3pm
Storytelling Project
This programme supports people to build new
skills to find and develop their creative voice.
Feedback has been highly positive so far..
 Discover new ways to express yourself and
your stories, build new skills, knowledge and
more through a relaxed social setting
 Explore your storytelling through creative
writing and more... COST €10
