AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, MA. AIREEN R. ZAMAYLA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a

resident of Xavier Heights Subdivision, Cagayan de Oro City, after being duly
sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the lawful owner of one (1) unit Sony Color TV, 29”; one (1)
unit Panasonic Washing Machine, one (1) unit Panasonic Refrigerator
and one (1) unit Sharp air condition;

2. That when I bought the aforesaid appliances at EMCOR Appliances

Center I failed to secure and demand a Certificate of Ownership;

3. That I executed the foregoing affidavit to prove the fact that I am the
legitimate owner of the aforementioned personal properties;

4. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
