AFFIDAVIT OF NON RENTAL

I, NORA C. EPANTO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Natubo,

Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, after being duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state that:

1. I am a balut-pinoy vendor doing little business in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental;

2. As such, after I got these stuffs from my source in Impasug-ong, Bukidnon I

directly deliver the same to my regular customers;

3. In the exercise of the same, I use my house to entertain my customers and

prospective clients thus, I am not paying any rents for a little space in our house
which is also considered as my office;

4. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the fact that I am not renting a
space in the course my business endeavor, hence, I can proffer any receipt for the
said purpose;

5. This affidavit is likewise executed to comply with the requirements of the Bureau
of Internal Revenue;

6. Finally, we are executing this affidavit in order to attest to the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal purposes it may serve.

IN TRUTH WHEREOF, I have hereunto my hand this ______________ in the City of
