CHAPTER I

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction

In these changing times, students are more driven towards using a phone for every

purpose. So we come up to the application of ours named APEplication for the new style of

learning of the ones who will download the app. Unlike school’s traditional teaching, our app

can make the user more joyful because of the quizzes and games that we have. Most of the

Activities within the app promote student-friendly control.

APElication for learning is more sustainable compared to the traditional learning methods

which include papers, pencils, and pens while reviewing such tasks and preparation for exams.

There are such techniques to gain knowledge like the application we have, because instead of

being depress searching in books and libraries you can easily navigate information based on you

level.

Vision

APElication aims to be one of the most innovative educational based applications in the

world. We develop an application to make students more advances in academic and enhance

their knowledge.
Mission

 APElication has a solid commitment to enhance and develop learning hobbit and to help

keep up with the study of each potential consumer.

 APElication strives to ensure the highest quality of an application to get consumers the

most easy and convenient way of learning even outside of school.

CHAPTER II

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Company Name

The researchers named the company "The Bright Side" because their product is all about

education. This company will make any product that are related to the educations because the

company wants that the students or even the children that are not capable to study early because

the children is not at the right age for schooling. So the founders build this

incorporation/company to be known as the company for education use only.

The founders want that our country needs to grow to the next generation and the key of

this is the children who have the knowledge and learning from the products of this company. The

founders/researchers built this company for all of the people who wants to learn more about the

subjects they are taking in the future. And also they want that the students will take an advance

reading on their curriculum belongs.


Logo of the Business

The company logo of The Bright Side Inc. emphasizes the

knowledge it offers. Through technology we offer a great

support in education for everyone. We come up using an

image of a man with brain shaped bulb inside its head to

represent the goal of our company in which to give knowledge

to all with the use of technology. We aim to give Figure 1: Company Logo

light to all customers in their academics.

Profile of the Entrepreneurs

The founder of APElication namely: Jomari B. Apelado, John Matthew Batalla, Remar

Cangke, Joyce H. Caunceran, Angel Rose D. Gonzales, Celorie Pasion and John Lester M.

Quipit, Grade 12 STEM students of STI College Santa Rosa. These people are concern of

making studying and understanding more comfortable. They aim to make an application that can

be used by students and teachers anytime and anywhere even without internet connection.
CHAPTER III

MARKETING PLAN

PRODUCT

APElication is the newest application that our team developed.

Through APElication, studying will be at ease. Students can study

anywhere and anytime even without internet connection. Math,

Science and English are some of the subjects included available in all

grade level. APElication can also be used by teachers to make

students be able to grasp concepts more quickly and fully, to connect

theory and application more adeptly, and to engage in learning more

readily, while also improving instructional techniques.

Videos and other presentation will be used to help capture the attention of students. This

application offers drills such as mind games, puzzles and matching type which would train and

challenge the minds of students. APElication can be downloaded in all app stores. Payment

method will be through credit cards and online transactions.

PLACE

APElication’s target market are all students and teachers in all level; Primary, Secondary

and Tertiary all over the world. There are no age limitation in using this application, almost

everyone can use it.


Customers can avail and download APElication in all app store. Anyone can access the

application anywhere and anytime. One type channel of distribution will be used. From the

company, customers can directly download it through all app stores. The application can be

known not only locally as well as internationally.

The payment method for purchasing the APElication will be through credit card and

online transactions.

PROMOTION

To promote the application, APElication developers will be using the basic way of

interacting with others, the face to face communication. It is the best strategy promotion because

these can give and take information about the APElication. Nowadays, social media is very

popular to every individual so the developers use this for marketing.

Facebook, instagram, twitter and other applications will be the effective way

because it was the best thing to captured attentions. Flyers and pamphlets was also a better way
of promoting to those who are not social media literate. All the information and the benefits of

the APElication are all listed so that they could easily understand the purpose of the application.

APElication developers will also use signage, tarpaulins and other advertisement to promote the

application. They used pages such as facebook pages, application pages and other pages to

promote.

Competitor Analysis

APElication used SWOT Analysis to analyze the competitor analysis. SWOT Analysis

involves specifying the objectives of the business venture or project and identifying the internal

and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective.
A. Strength

APElication is an app that is very reliable to use. The user can access or

review their notes in an easy way. Therefore, you can use it every time you want even

without internet connection. Then it also covers all the curriculum and the level based on

your standard. This application is unusual compared to others. It offers drills such as

quizzes and other activity that can help students to excel their study.

B. Weakness

Brand reputation is one of the weakness of APElication. App developers are new

to the industry and barely have knowledge of managing the application. APElication

should also be updated every 3 months. It also consume a great storage and data when

installing it. Advertising and updating the app cost a lot.

C. Opportunity

APElication can be a great opportuninty to use as business. Nowadays, online

tutorial is in demand. Most students as well as teachers are looking for an application that

would make studying at ease.

D. Threat

Threats will always be a part for starting up a business. For APElication brand

reputation will be our biggest threat. There are many competitor with great reputation and

well known. Bugs and malfunction will also be a threat for the application.
