LEGAL NOTICE
On the instruction and authorization of my client Sri Ramesh S/o
Kallappa Damar R/o 11-1880/2B/3, Ram Nagar, Opp: S.B.College,
Brahampur, Kalaburagi and on verification of all the documents put forth
before me I issued this legal notice to you as under:

1. That, you and my client are friends and known to each other since long
time. That you approached my client on ____________ with request to
give hand loan of Rs. 2, 45,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Five Thousand
Only) since you are under financial crisis. That, seeing your dire need, my
client accepted your request and giving the amount of Rs. 2,45,000/-
(Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Only). That you promised my
client told repay the said hand loan within one month from that date.

2. That, after lapse of one month my client requested to repay the said hand
loan amount of Rs. 2, 45,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Five Thousand
Only) for which issued a cheque bearing No. 015339 dated:
_____________ of State Bank of Hyderabad, APMC Market Yard branch
Raichur for the amount of Rs. 2, 45,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Five
Thousand Only) and asked to encashed the said amount.

3. That, after issuing the said cheque my client same was drawn for clearance
through his account at State Bank Hydarabad Branch Kalaburagi, it is
surprise to my client that the said cheque was returned with a dishonor as
“FUNDS INSUFFICIENT” a memo for return of cheque is issued by the said
Bank on 29.09.2018. Immediately my client tried to contact in many ways
by phone and visited your house, but you are avoided to meet my client
nor attempted to answer to this act, this act on your part which clearly
goes to show that you were intentionally and in order to dupe the amount
of my client issued a bogus cheque knowingly “FUNDS INSUFFICIENT” in
your account. Left with no other alternative then to take legal action
against you, primarily issuing this legal notice giving an opportunity for
repayment of legal debt. That you are also guilty of issuing bogus cheque,
U/Sec. 138 of N.I. Act.

Therefore know I call upon you through this legal notice

demanding you to pay cheque amount of Rs. 2,45,000/- (Rupees Two
Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Only) within 15 days from the date of receipt
of this legal notice , otherwise my client will constrain to take legal action
against you in appropriate court of law. You only held responsible for cost
and consequences that may arise in future.
