I am still frightened of my decision of applying because of the new territory that I could step in.

I
want to push my boundries and conquer my fears, continue my quest in finding something that I
truly enjoy doing. I have decided to apply at the Disarmament & International Security
Committee because I am concious of the danger of weapons and I want everybody to
understand that, fallen in the wrong hands, they can kill anybody. As my country choice, I opted
for Human Rights Watch because I understand that the rights of a person are a shield, a
protection of the ignorance and superficiality of others. The rights and the laws are the most
important elements in one 's way of living because those are really what offer everybody a
peaceful and normal life. I chose to be an observer because I want to first have a great luggage
of knowledge of the MUN experience earned from enthusiast, professional and hard working
participants before I can really share my opinion and thoughts.

I want everybody to imagine deep, breathtaking darkness that is putting an imense pressure on
the chest, making breathing harder and harder. That is the situation that we are in right now.
With every second passing, the globe is getting hotter and hotter, due to global warming. I
personally regard climate action as the most important 2030 Sustainable Development Goal to
be achieved at a global scale because it is the most urgent one. All of the goals carry around
them a imense importance, but the hope of achieving them is chained by the rapid rate at wich
the earth is getting more and more damadged. In order to be able to make a better world by
making our dreams come true, we have to make sure that we have a future to live. I do not want
to take part in the degradation of the earth that will lead to a poor future or not one at all for
the next generations that are yet to come. I do not want to stand still and watch my life and my
dreams being taken away from me because of the ignorance of people that are not even aware
of the stage of illness thaty the globe is in. Unfortunately, even our greatest efforts will not make
up our greatest mistakes. The health of the earth, or at least, the balanced state of the globe is
not in our hands. It is too late to slow down global worming just by not throwing away garbage
or using less plastic. The rich people, the companies that are thriving, those are our salvage, our
hope. With their cooperation wich can take form in donations we can make up our mistakes. I
still think that if everybody will try their best at not agravating the situation and if people will not
pump money in things that can be repaired later and will wake up and really see the nature, our
population will still be having a chance at a normal and happy life.
