Methodology

This chapter presents an outline of research methods that were used in the

study. It discusses the description of the respondents, the instrument that was used for

data collection and the statistical tools utilized for a reliable data analysis and

interpretation.

Research Design

This study used descriptive method through the use of questionnaire to

determine the issues on the services offered by NoEllen Computer Works and Café,

and its impact on the preferences of the customers. Through this, the data gathered is

reliable as the questionnaire is standardized and the data is easy to analyze either

through numerical calculations or graphs or tables.

Respondents of the Study

The respondents of the study were consisted of those who already availed the

different services of NoeEllen Computer Works and Café from different Barangays in

Daet, Camarines Norte. The researchers used purposive sampling to focus on a

particular population that will enable the researchers to gain the most accurate and

reliable information needed in the study.

Data Gathering Procedures

For a justified data gathering tool, the researchers conducted library researches

and some consultation. The researchers had the questionnaires validated by the
instructor before it was distributed to the respondents. A total of 30 respondents were

given questionnaires at the Noellen Computer Works and Café and it was voluntarily

accepted by the respondents. The researchers guided the respondents while answering

the questions and asked few questions for additional information.
