watch Yowis Ben movie. Why I have to watch Yowis Ben movie? Because it
is unique movie and the actor and actress is also very famous. Yowis Ben is
an Indonesian drama-comedy movie released on February 22, 2018. The
movie stars are Bayu Skak, Joshua Suherman, Cut Meyriska, Brandon Salim,
and Tutus Thomson. Yowis Ben movie also stars East Java comedian legend
Cak Kartolo and Cak Sapari. The movie directed by Fajar Nugros and Bayu
Skak, this movie uses Javanese language and shooting location in the Malang
City, such as Kampung Warna-Warni Jodipan, Alun-Alun Merdeka Kota
Malang and Museum Angkut.

I will tell you a little synopsis of the Yowis Ben movie. Bayu liked
Susan since for a long time, but he felt inferiority about living a simple life.
Bayu wants to change himself to be more popular than Roy. Roy is Susan’s
boyfriends and he is band guitarist. So that Bayu makes a band with his
friends, called Yowis Band. Step by step Bayu and his friends are not easy
because there are often problems between band personnel. Did Bayu can
defend his band and win Susan’s heart?

discuss about two reasons that make me like Yowis Ben movie.

The first reason I like Yowis Ben movie because I think the movie is
unique. It is unique because the movie from start until finish uses Javanese
language. Actors and actress not Javanese who try to dialogue uses Javanese
language and very totality. And I think very different from other movies in
Indonesia. This movie uses the first Javanese language in Indonesia that is
very famous and viral in 2018, so that reaches 900,000 viewers. In the movie
there are also many very interesting songs that used to soundtrack movie.
Songs in the Yowis Ben movie such as Ojo Bolos Pelajaran, Gak Iso Turu,
Mangan Pecel, Konco Sing Apik, Lagu Galau and many anymore. For
example, song a title Ojo Bolos Pelajaran, this song tells students not to skip
lessons because education is very important for the future. Song a title
Mangan Pecel tells about a person that must eat pecel every day because his
mother always cooks pecel every day. Pecel is a typical food of the Madiun
City, East Java, Indonesia, which is made from a vegetable stew in form of
spinach, bean sprouts, long beans, basil, krai (a type of cucumber) or other
vegetables served with watered pecel sauce. And song use theme sad song is
Lagu Galau, this song tells about someone is broken heart because
everything has been done for his girlfriend but no replies.

always follows the trends and Bayu Skak began to enter the movie world by
carrying a unique concept. Bayu Skak (real name Bayu Eko Moektito born
in Malang, East Java, November 13, 1993). He is YouTuber, actor, comedian
and content creator. Yowis Ben movie is a successful film starring, besides
starring in the movie the fact Bayu Skak is script writer from Yowis Ben
movie. In the movie, Bayu Skak act as Bayu, he is a child from the village
who sells food every day in the school. The food it sells is Pecel, so Bayu
has the nickname Pecel Boy.
The second actor is Joshua Suherman I like Joshua Suherman because
he can create songs use interesting Javanese language with Bayu Skak.
Joshua Suherman is also good at singing while playing the guitar. Joshua
Suherman (born is Surabaya, East Java, November 3, 1992). He is a former
Indonesian child singer, in addition to singing, Joshua also starred in the film
as well as a presenter. In the Yowis Ben movie he acts as Doni, he is a friends
of Bayu besides Doni there is also Nando, played by Brandon Salim and
Yayan, played by Tutus Thomson. They always try to make Yowis Band
famous, it is not easy but they never stopped even though it failed.

And the last actress is Cut Meyriska I like Cut Meyriska because she
is one of the most beautiful actress and as the main character after Bayu Skak
and Joshua Suherman. She is also having very good acting talent. Cut
Meyriska (born in Medan, May 26, 1993) she is Indonesian actress, model
and singer. In the Yowis Ben movie she acts as Susan. Susan is the most
beautiful woman in school. She has a boyfriend named Roy, but she is also
liked by Bayu.

Yowis Ben movie is a movie that has been waited by the viewers for that
reason after success of Yowis Ben and Yowis Ben 2 in March, 2019. Bayu
Skak and Fajar Nugros are working on the Yowis Ben Series and Yowis Ben
3, which they said will be released in early 2020. I am really waiting for the
Yowis Ben Series and Yowis Ben 3. Hopefully the Yowis Ben series and Yowis
Ben 3 can entertain people. And although this movie uses Javanese language,
is does not interfere because there are Indonesia subtitles which help. At least
the audience who don’t really understand Javanese language can understand
the daily culture of the East Java people. I think this movie more enriches
the culture in Indonesian cinema and adds an alternative viewing that is
entertaining for film lovers.
