Greetings!

The Student Nurses’ Association has conceptualized activities for the whole
student body to participate and enjoy during the Campus Club Fair. It is an honor to be
part of USC’s traditional event to promote the association’s visibility in the university
and to develop affiliations and partnerships with other colleges in preparation for the
institutional activities. We, the SNA body, salute you and your service for the
betterment of our university.

Attached to this letter is our booth proposal for the Campus Club Fair.

Booth Concept: Jumanji
Booth Game: Balloon Darts
I. Mechanics
 Each player will be given a chance to 3 throws.
 Player will stand at a designated spot from the balloons.
 If the player hits all 3 successful throws, he/she will get a prize.
 If the player hits 2 throw, he/she will get a small prize (bag of candy).
II. Fundraising details
 Players will be given the choice to hit 2 or 3 throws.
o 3 throws = P30
o 2 throws = P25
III. Prize details
 If the player hits all 3 successful throws he/she will be given the either of the
following:
o Notebook
o Pen
o Plush toy
o Succulent
 If the player hits 2 successful throw he/she will be given a bag of candy.
IV. Equipment
 Board
 Balloons
 Thumbtacks
 Darts
Rest assured that…
 We will not ask USC to provide any materials such as chairs, tables, and cloths or
dividers. We will be the ones who will be preparing them beforehand.
 Any activities that can harm another will not be done.
 The officers in charge will maintain cleanliness of our booth and will exercise due
diligence in the facilitation of the booths.
