AFFIDAVIT OF PROOF OF SERVICE

I, TOM CRUISE, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay

Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines, after having
been duly sworn to under oath in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That I was tasked by Atty. John Legend, of the Legend Law Office, with
office address at 3rd Floor, Napaj Building, Kauswagan, Cagayan de
Oro City, to furnish copies of the Answer with Affirmative Defenses and
Counterclaims in the case entitled MARIA DELA CRUZ vs. JASPER
ALON, pending before the Regional Trial Court Br. 21, Misamis
Oriental, Philippines;
