Changes

The changes group contain commands to protect the workbook by restricting its access. The icons are listed below,

a) Restrict how people can access the worksheet or the workbook. You can allow restricted access using password.
b) Allow multiple people to work in a workbook at the same time.
c) Share the workbook and protect it with a password at the same time.
d) Allow specific people to edit ranges of cells in a protected workbook or sheet.
e) Track all changes made to the documents including insertions, deletion and formatting changes.

The View Tab

The view tab has commands that affects how the documents appears on the screen. There are five groups within this tab which
are listed below,

1. Workbook View
The Workbook views group has commands to view the documents in different modes like normal, page break view etc. The
icons are listed below,
a) Normal view shows the documents in the normal view
b) Page layout allows viewing the documents as it will appear in a printed page.
c) View a preview of where the pages will break when printed.
d) Save a set of display and print setting as custom view.
e) View the documents in the full screen mode.
2. Show/Hide
The show/hide group contains commands to show or hide the ruler, gridlines, message bar etc. The icon is listed below,
a) Gridlines and rulers are used to measure and line up objects on a sheet. Show or hide the ruler, gridlines, message
bar, formula bar, and the heading.
3. Zoom
The Zoom is used to view the document in smaller or larger sizes. You can zoom in and out with different options. The icons
are listed below,
a) Open zoom dialog box to specify the zoom level such as 33%, 110% or 200% etc.
b) Zoom the worksheet so that the currently selected range of cells fills the entire window.
