AFFIDAVIT OF SELF ADJUDICATION BY SOLE HEIR OF ESTATE OF

A DECEASED PERSON

I, JOSEPH ELVIS A. CASINABE, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Brgy. Maluko, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the sole and only surviving legal heir of the late spouses ESTELLO S.
CASINABE and CLOTILDE A. CASINABE who died six years and two years
ago, respectively at Malaybalay City, Bukidnon leaving without any will or debt
that has not been settled up to the present;

2. That the said deceased at the time of his death left a parcel of land with TCT No.
T-14929 situated at Municipality of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon which is
more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot N, of the subdivision plan (LRC)Psd-205200, being a

portion of the land described on plan FP-9491 situated in the Barrio of
Kalasungay, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, containing an area of One Thousand
Two Hundred Ninety One (1,291) sq. m. Bounded on the NE., along line 6-1
by lot J; on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot L-all the subdivision plan; on the South
along lines 2-3-4 by Sawaga River and on the NW., along line 4-5-6 by the
property of Apolinaria Binayan declared in the name of CASINABE, ESTELLO”

3. That pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, I
hereby Adjudicate unto myself the above described parcel of land without judicial
proceedings as prescribed by the aforementioned Rules of Court.

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
statements, and for other lawful/legal purpose that this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this January 21,

2020 in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
