Local Transportation per person including one day trip to Antalya= 58 euros

Private boat tour on the sea : 10 euros per person(boat tour depends on the weather)

Our school will provide the things below which will be free of charge for the participants:

a)Coffee breaks for four days at school and in the hotel

b) Renting fee for conference room at the hotel for two days

c) Entrance fee for Manavgat Waterfall,Side antique theatre , Side museum ,Manavgat city museum

d)Turkish Henna night for teachers(+Kareoke)=special dinner for teachers from different types of traditional Turkish food
and Turkish wine.

e) Bowling tournament for students in the mall

SOME REMINDERS

*On Monday traditional Turkish food Etli ekmek(dough cooked with beef) will be served with some
starters,soup,salad,ayran and dessert.

On Tuesday grilled Köfte (Turkish meatball),starters,soup,salad and chips,rice,fruit and dessert.

On Wednesday and Thursday they can eat and drink whatever and how much they want in the hotel.

*The hotel is all inclusive but there are some services which are charged like bottled drinks, import drinks,massage,fresh
fruit juice....etc..you can get the information from the hotel..

*Friday lunch is in Antalya..you can eat what you like..it's up to you..

*In January the weather's mostly rainy in Manavgat but it seems we will have warm days..here is the link for broadcast..

*In Turkey smoking is forbidden in closed areas including school area..

*You will have time for shopping on Friday when we go to Antalya..

*If you give me the Europass certificates on Monday,I will give you them on Tuesday signed and stamped..

*We will provide you a bill from the school signed and stamped by our headmaster showing all the costs taken including
Transportation, accomodation,meals and etc..All costs will be paid in cash to our school..For accomodation you will also
get an invoice.

*We can have small meetings among teachers after 16:00 on Monday and Tuesday.

*Hosting families signed an agreement with our school..they will provide your students security,meals and
accomodation.

*Please take warm clothes but also thin ones with you because you can also wear tshirt even in January in Antalya..

*Please bring your umbrella because it can suddenly rain(shower) in Manavgat..

*There is a closed swimming pool and a spa in the hotel..bring your swimming suits with you..you must try Turkish
hamam and SPA
