4) To secure the commitment of the Provincial Governor and

support in the undertaking of the different activities of
the LoGIC project in Oriental Mindoro

I. Background of the Activity

As a result of the May 2013 elections, Gov. Humerlito A. Dolor, MPA, Ph.D., has
been newly elected in the Province of Oriental Mindoro. Although the Governor has
already been familiar with the project, there is a necessity to re-orient him and
secure his commitment in order to enter into a new Memorandum of
Understanding.

recommendations. The Provincial Governor’s concurrence on the workplan of the
Integrity Circle shall also be needed.
