INDEMNITY BOND FOR GUARANTEED QUALITY

This deed of Indemnity executed by M/s. MRS BONDTECH ENGINEERING, CHENNAI,


Represented by its Proprietor Mr. MANIKANDAN, addressed at No. 10/36, John Kennedy
street, Ullagaram, Chennai- 600061, hereinafter referred to as 'Indemnifier' which expression
shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its successors, administrators,
representative and assignees in favour of M/s. KLP PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED,
CHENNAI, having its Office at No.1-30, Perambur Barracks Road, Off Strahans Road,
Chennai – 600 012, represented herein by its Managing Director Mr. MANEESH PARMAR,
hereinafter referred to as the ‘Indemnified’ which expression shall unless repugnant to the
context or meaning thereof, include its successors and assignees witnesses as to.
Whereas, the indemnified herein has placed to the Indemnifier herein, orders for the services
of water-proofing the Toilets, through Work Order No: WO/2016-2017/026 Dated:
31.10.2016 for the I-Block of “Abhinandhan” Apartments and through Work Order No:
WO/ 2016-2017/050 Dated 20.11.2017 for J- Block of Abhinandhan Apartments, located
at No.1-30, Perambur Barracks Road, Off Strahans Road, Chennai – 600 012 of the
Indemnified- M/s. KLP PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED, CHENNAI, on terms and
conditions set out inter-alia in the above mentioned work orders.
Whereas, the indemnifier herein provides for assurance of quality and guarantee of 10(Ten)
years, for the Water-Proofing of Toilets made by the Indemnifier in the I & J -Block of
Abhinandhan Premises.
Whereas the indemnifier assures a good quality Water-Proofing of Toilets, which will be free
from defects, wear and tear, Leakage and degradation for a period of 10(Ten) Years and the
Indemnifier guarantees for the same.
Whereas the Indemnifier herein undertakes to repair, fix and rectify any defect or any wear and
tear that is caused in the water-proofing of I & J- Blocks Toilets of Abhinandhan Apartments,
free of cost, within 7 (Seven) days of Intimation from the Indemnified regarding the defect or
wear and tear that is developed.
Whereas if the indemnifier is not able to fix the defect/damage or replace the damage or defect
that is developed in the Guarantee period of 10 years, Within 7 (Seven) days, then the
Indemnifier herein agrees to Indemnify or Reimburse the amount of money spent by the
Indemnified to fix the Defect or damage caused in the Water-Proofing of the Toilets of I & J
blocks of “Abhinandhan” Apartments of the Indemnified.
Whereas if the defect or damage in the Waterproofing work in the Toilets of I & J- Blocks of
Abhinandhan Premises, is developed or caused due any Voluntary act of the Indemnified or
the residents of the I & J- Blocks of Abhinadhan Premises, the indemnified is not liable to fix
the same free of cost.
Whereas the Indemnifier herein stands liable to the Indemnified for fixing any defects
developed in the toilet water-proofing works of I & J- Blocks of Abhinandhan premises of the
Indemnified free of cost, if such defects are developed within a period of 10 years from the day
of Signing this Indemnity bond.
