ENDORSEMENT LETTER
In behalf of ABSNET Area Based Standard Network in 3rd District Cluster, Davao City under the
DSWD F.O. XI, (it is an organization that composes different Private Sectors and Government
funded institution employees here in Davao City which is divided in 3 clusters). As the President
of the said organization, I would like to certify that Fe Bada - Arobo of the Care for the Elderly
Foundation Inc. Home for the Aged has been an active member and officer of this organization
since its conception 13 years ago. In my capacity, may I have the honor to endorse her to be a
nominee of the 2015 DATU BAGO OUTSTANDING DAVAOEÑOS.

Base upon my observation in working with Ms. Arobo for over the past few years, I can vouch
for her determination, hard work, effectiveness and perseverance. I have rarely come across a
person who is so attentive to the minutest of detail. She will not hesitate taking on any
challenges or difficulties in solving problems for the welfare and benefit of everybody. She has a
compassionate heart not only in running her own institution but also as an active member and
officer of our organization and as a model in our society specially in Davao in preserving our
values in taking good care of the elderly with utmost care, respect and dignity that made other
nationalities to undergo their training in her own institution. She is happy and lovable person to
be around with and always tries to create a positive ambiance. She epitomizes all the good
things in our organization that made everybody feel comfortable and work harmoniously with
one another.

On the other hand, as an Executive Director of The Field of Dreams Children’s Charity
Foundation, Inc. located at Biao Guianga, Tugbok District, in this city in which it is just a
kilometer away from the Care for the Elderly Foundation, Inc. I am really thankful and grateful
for knowing her for she personally helped our foundation on giving some tips and some
procedure on how to perform the Ground Breaking ceremony way back 7 years ago. Along with
some of our officers and members of our organization helped some of the oundayions and
agencies assisting the procurement of their registration and Licensing here in our Davao region.

Lastly, in my humble opinion, I am proud to say that Ms. Fe Arobo is exactly the type of person who
deserves to be recognized of her exemplary contribution to our community.
