Abstract.
INTRODUCTION
Poor digestion causes poor absorption of nutrients. The malabsorption leads the body
to a state of low cellular energy and this produces the so-called "slow metabolism" to
which sedentary lifestyle could add, serving as a catalyst for eating disorders, such as
obesity and overweight problems.
Obese or overweight people often have problems with one or several digestive
problems such as heartburn, reflux, flatulence and / or constipation, among others.
The purpose of this research is to present truthful and useful information about the
eating disorders affected, derived from an unhealthy diet, and its prevention, as well
as propose a possible solution to the previous situation exposed by developing a
product that promotes proper digestion a base of wheat bran, amaranth and apple.
This work lists and describes a botanical level of ingredients before highlighting its
medicinal properties and health benefits.
