Key Responsibilities:
To act as a single point of contact for all trade related (forex, cross border, domestic
etc.) product for the region/branches assigned to.
Driving Sales of Trade and Forex Business:
Responsible for income and FCY thru put target set for the TFX products for the
respective branches/business being supported
Support team in achieving customer acquisition plan
Join and independent call with (sales team) RH, BM, SM & SOs
Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team
Meet and service trade related queries & requirement of clients by liaising with
Ops/product/central team
Undertake training of sales & relationship team as subject matter expert
Team orientation & customer focus
Knowledge & subject matter expertise in domain is mandatory (RBI guidelines, FEMA
& non FEMA guidelines, AML/TBML, understanding of risk framework)
Skills:
Good Communication, interpersonal & team skills
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and apply skills to work
Strong service orientation
Good data analytics skills (Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint)
