Job Title: Trade Acquisition Manager

Grade: MT / Asst. Manager
Reporting to: Regional Manager
Qualifications: MBA
CTC: 7 LPA Fixed - 1.1 LPA Variable

Key Responsibilities:
 To act as a single point of contact for all trade related (forex, cross border, domestic
etc.) product for the region/branches assigned to.
 Driving Sales of Trade and Forex Business:
 Responsible for income and FCY thru put target set for the TFX products for the
respective branches/business being supported
 Support team in achieving customer acquisition plan
 Join and independent call with (sales team) RH, BM, SM & SOs
 Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team
 Meet and service trade related queries & requirement of clients by liaising with
Ops/product/central team
 Undertake training of sales & relationship team as subject matter expert
 Team orientation & customer focus
 Knowledge & subject matter expertise in domain is mandatory (RBI guidelines, FEMA
& non FEMA guidelines, AML/TBML, understanding of risk framework)
