I, Shane O'Reilly, recommend Miss Ana Marija Dundovic and Mr Mario Stojcic as a tenant in
the apartment/house for which they are applying. They are residing in my house, 3 Cloister
Grove Blackrock, since May 2016

Their last rent payment was 2,210, which was paid on time on First of December. During the
tenancy, they have been responsible and timely in their rent payments, which were due monthly.

There have been no complaints from neighbours, and the tenants have kept the property and its
surrounding area clean and tidy.

I can confirm that the tenants were respectful, friendly and helpful. They made no unreasonable
demands or complaints during their tenancy.
