Key Responsibilities: Quality control cum supervision of concrete batching, estimation of

quantities of materials, organization of artisans and unskilled workers, preparation of
routine project reports.

Achievements: Maintained good quality of concrete mixes during the entire period, ensured
materials were not wasted or missing, increased efficiency in work output as a result of
proper management of the artisans and unskilled workers, timely report presentations to
senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities: Quality assurance personnel at the Asphalt batching plant, supervising
engineer on asphalt laying, quality assurance personnel at the materials testing lab,
preparation of reports.
 Achievements: Ensured strict compliance to the specifications of the Federal Ministry of
Works on asphaltic concrete design and its laying on the road, ensured all the materials
used for the road construction are tested appropriately and certified fit for use according
to specification, and timely report presentation to my supervising engineer.
