In this essay will talk about the management in different sectors, the private, public
and not for profit. It is important say that they have different functions so that
companies have a good growth. Nowadays they are constituted the fundamental
basis and essential in the economic development of our modern world, without the
existence of companies would impossible the progress of humanity. Every
organizations well be public, private and not for profit has as purpose get the most
out of your operations with proper use of their available resources. They have an
important process that’s the planning, organizing, directing and controlling. it's
essential apply this process and evaluate the procedures in order to determine the
real situation of the company, in function raise effective decision making.
The public sector (also called the state sector)
Public sectors include public goods and governmental services such as the military,
law enforcement, infrastructure public roads, bridges, tunnels, water supply, public
transit, public education, along with health care and those working for the
government itself, such as elected officials and ofther. The public sector might
provide services that a non-payer cannot be excluded from (such as street lighting),
services which benefit all of society rather than just the individual who uses the
service.
Private sector
The private sector is the part of the economy, sometimes referred to as the citizen
sector, which is owned by private individuals or groups usually as a means of
enterprise for profit, rather than being owned by the State.
The private sector employs most of the workforce in some countries. Activities are
guided by the motive to earn money.
Nonprofit organization
For the identity of the sector, it is only necessary to see the main interest, so the
results speak of the objective of the company.
