Greetings!

We would like to inform you that the Guhit Urian have not conducted any activities during the month of
August for the proposed activity was not followed due to the busy schedules of the members as well as
the officers. However the payment for the monthly dues during the month was collected and will be
allocated for the next activity in September.

We apologize for not being able to comply immediately but we will ensure that next time we will submit
