Food and its Important Components

Food contains carbohydrates, fats,


proteins, minerals and vitamins.

Proteins are the building blocks of our body


Mainly provides energy to muscles and other
organs. Protein-rich foods - pulses, peas, beans,
soya-beans, milk, poultry, fish, meat.
