Greetings!

The Bicol Water District Association (BIWADA) is composed of more or less Forty (40) Water Districts and Masbate-Mobo
Water District is a member of the said organization. Further, for the sake of brotherhood and to promote camaraderie among
the members, the BIWADA is regularly conducting an annual sports fest event and this year, MMWD was chosen to be the
host.

As part of the celebration, we will be having a float parade around Municipality of Mobo and Masbate City on April 12,2020;
8:00 o’clock in the morning. For this reason, we would like to request assistance from your good office by allowing us to
utilize your Drum and Bugle Corps on the said event.

Furthermore, we are willing to provide the necessary transportation requirements and meal expenses of the members of
