Industrial displays command a higher price than consumer displays and this is simply due to the higher
specifications required for a demanding industrial environment.

If consumer displays are used in industrial applications then the life span will inevitably be short and there
will be additional costs associated with maintenance and potential downtime of the screen.

In summary, an industrial product which is designed for a harsher environment with continuous operation
