Dear Mayor Rellon:

Greetings!

In our desire to boost Tagum City’s economic and employment achievements,

we have a proposed plan to put up a frozen fruits project at
________________, La Filipina, Tagum City. This project will surely create
jobs for the Tagumenyos, increase tax revenues, help farmers from the
adverse effects of price fluctuations in the market and identify the city as an
exporter of frozen fruits.

However, when we verified the proposed site, it is classified as residential.

This situation prevents us from realizing the project. We had set a meeting
with you before but due to your busy schedule, it did not push through.

In view of the foregoing, we would like to formally request an audience with

you or your representative to discuss this concern. From our end, we would
like to know if there is a way to commence the project even if the site is
classified as residential or that the zoning be changed to industrial.

The proposed project is not hazardous to health or residents in the area. We

also commit to comply with safety requirements under the law and city
