उसकी िापसी से लेकर पूरे सौर मंडल में मानि की मौजूदगी का विस्तार करना है।’’
Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC) has been formed as a new Centre under Indian Space Research Organisation
(ISRO). HSFC will be responsible for realizing the vision of Indian Human Spaceflight Program which is “To implement
a sustained and affordable human and robotic programme to explore the Solar system and beyond; extend human
presence across the solar system, starting with human spaceflight to low earth orbit and return”.

समानि अंतररक्ष उडान कें द्र (एच.एफ.एस.सी.), जो कफलहाल अस्थाई रूप से इसरो मुख्यालय, बेंगलूरु में वस्थत है, वजसे बाद में, कनाििक में कहीं भी

Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), located temporarily in the ISRO Headquarters campus, Bengaluru and
which will be subsequently relocated to a permanent campus anywhere in Karnataka, invites on-line
applications for the following temporary posts, which are likely to be continued indefinitely.

और ररयायती दर पर कैं िीन सुविधाएँ प्रदान की जाती हैं । साथ ही, इसरो अपने कार्मिकों एिं पाि आवश्रतों को वचककत्सा सुविधा भी प्रदान करता है ।
The employees appointed will be governed by the National Pension System. In addition to the Gross emoluments specified, ISRO
provides free transport (or Transport Allowance), limited housing facility (or House Rent Allowance), advances for purchase of
conveyance, construction of house, etc., Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, etc., and extends subsidized canteen facilities.

4.आिेदन कै से करें / How to apply:

 ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण हेतु आिेदन इसरो की िेबसाइि पर 24.08.2019 से 13.09.2019 के बीच उपलब्ध रहेगा। अभ्यथी अपने आिेदन
ऑनलाइन पंजीकृ त करने के वलए 24.08.2019 से 13.09.2019 के बीच हमारी िेबसाइि www.isro.gov.in देि सकते हैं। आिेदन के िल
ऑनलाइन ही प्राि ककए जाएंगे। पंजीकरण के पिात आिेदकों को ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण संख्या प्रदान की जाएगी, वजसे भविष्य में संदभि के
वलए संभाल कर रिा जाना चावहए।
The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO web-site www.isro.gov.in during the period from
24/08/2019 to 13/09/2019. Candidates may visit our website to register their applications on-line between 24/08/2019
and 13/09/2019. Applications will be received through on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with
an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.

 ऐसे अभ्यथी जो पहले से ही कें द्र/राज्य सरकार, साििजवनक क्षेि की ईकाईयों या स्िायत्त वनकायों में कायिरत हैं, उनको ऑनलाइन आिेदन के
साथ संबंवधत वनयोक्ता से प्राि ‘अनापवत्त प्रमाण-पि’, पर पंजीकरण संख्या तथा पद कोड दिािते हुए ि. प्रिासन अवधकारी, समानि अंतररक्ष
उडान कें द्र, इसरो मुख्यालय, अंतररक्ष भिन, बेंगलूरु-560231 को ऑनलाइन आिेदन करने के सात कदनों के अंदर भेजना होगा।
The candidates who are already employed under Central/State Govt/ PSU/Autonomous Bodies etc. have to send a ‘No

 Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned, duly indicating their Registration Number and Post Code to the
Sr. Administrative Officer, Human Space Flight Centre, ISRO Head Quarters, New BEL Road, , Bengaluru -560 231, within
7 days from the date of applying.

5. आिेदन िु्क का भुगतान/ Payment of Application Fee:

आिेदन िु्क/ Application Fee: प्रत्येक आिेदन के वलए अनारवक्षत एिं अ.वप.ि. के पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों के वलए आिेदन िु्क रु. 250/- (रुपये दो सौ
पचास माि) (अप्रवतदेय) होगा। अभ्यथी इन्िरनेि बैंककं ग/डेवबि काडि द्वारा ऑनलाइन या नजदीकी भारतीय स्िे ि बैंक की िािा में जाकर ‘ऑफलाइन’
भुगतान कर सकते हैं। आिेदन ऑनलाइन जमा करने के पिात अभ्यथी तत्काल या िु्क भुगतान की अंवतम तारीि अथाित 13.09.2019 से पूिि ककसी
भी कदन आिेदन िु्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन आिेदन जमा करने की अंवतम तारीि 13.09.2019 है। प्रत्येक मामले में अनुपालन की जाने
िाली प्रकक्रया नीचे दी गई है:
There will be an Application Fee of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for male UR and OBC Candidates (Non-
refundable) for each application. Candidates may make the payment ‘online’ using Internet Banking / Debit Card or ‘Offline’ by
visiting nearest SBI Branch. Candidates after submitting their application can pay application fee immediately or any day before
the last date for fee payment i.e.13/09/2019. The last date for submitting online application is 13.09.2019 . The process
followed for each case is shown below:

यकद कोई अभ्यथी तत्काल आिेदन िु्क जमा करना चाहता है तो आिेदन जमा करने के बाद पंजीकरण संख्या दिािते हुए उसे एक िेब पृष्ठ कदिाई देगा।
उसी पृष्ठ पर “भुगतान करें ” बिन मौजूद होगा, वजसे अभ्यथी वक्लक कर सकता है और वनम्नानुसार भुगतान प्रकक्रया का अनुसरण कर सकता है।
If candidates desire to pay application fee immediately then he/she on submitting application will be shown a web page
displaying registration number. On same web page, there exists “Make Payment” button which candidate may click and follow
the payment process as outlined below:

6. आिेदन िु्क भुगतान की प्रकक्रया/Process for payment of application fee:

(i) अभ्यथी को ‘भुगतान करें ’ बिन पर वक्लक करने पर स्िेि बैंक बहु विक्प भुगतान प्रणाली (एम.पी.ओ.एस.) पृष्ठ पर पुनिःवनदेवित ककया जाएगा।
अभ्यथी भुगतान करने हेतु वनम्नवलवित दिािए भुगतान मोडों में से ककसी एक का चयन कर सकता है / The candidates on clicking the Make
Payment button will be redirected to State Bank Multi Option Payments Systems (MOPS) page. The candidate may choose
one of the payment modes shown below for making payment

a) नेि बैंककं ग/Net Banking: भारतीय स्िेि बैंक/ State Bank of India
b) नेि बैंककं ग/Net Banking : अन्य बैंक/Other Banks
c) डेवबि काडि/Debit Card : भारतीय स्िेि बैंक/ State Bank of India

e) क्रेवडि काडि/Credit card : भारतीय स्िेि बैंक/ State Bank of India

g) पूि-ि मुकद्रत चालान(अभ्यथी चालान को डाउनलोड कर मुकद्रत करने के बाद, चालान जारी होने के तीन कदन के अंदर या भुगतान करने हेतु
अंवतम कदन, जो भी पहले हो, से पूिि स्िेि बैंक ऑफ इं वडया की ककसी भी िािा में आिेदन का िु ्क नगद भुगतान कर सकता है। यह चलान
जारी होने के कदनांक से माि आगले तीन कदनों के वलए िैध होगा। यकद भुगतान तीन कदनों की सीमा के अंदर नहीं ककया गया तो ऐसे चलान को
असफल माना जाएगा। तथावप, यकद आिश्यक हो, तो अभ्यथी नया चलान दुबारा जारी कर सकता है अथिा िैकव्पक रूप से ऑनलाइन
भुगतान कर सकता है) / Pre-printed SBI Challan (Candidates should download, print and pay the application fees in cash at
any SBI Branch within 3 days of generation of challan or last day for payment, whichever is earlier). The challan will be
valid for the next three days only, from date of generation. If payment is not made within 3 days, the challans, which are
older than the specified time will be deemed unsuccessful. However, the candidate may regenerate fresh challan, if
required or alternatively, make payment online.

(ii) हालांकक इसरो द्वारा वलया जाने िाला आिेदन िु्क सभी भुगतान मोडों के वलए सामान है, परं तु बैंक के प्रभार तथा कर अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं।
अतिः, यह आिश्यक है कक अभ्यथी कदए गए अनुदि े ों का सािधानीपूििक अनुपालन करें । नेि बैंककं ग तथा डेवबि काडि द्वारा भुगतान के मामले में,
अभ्यथी द्वारा सफलतापूििक भुगतान करने पर उसे इसरो िेब पोििल पर पुनिःवनदेवित ककया जाएगा तथा लेन -देन के ब्यौरे दिािने िाला पृष्ठ प्रदर्िित
होगा/ Though application fee charged by HSFC is same across the payment modes, the bank charges and taxes may vary.
Therefore candidates are required to carefully follow the instructions shown. In case of Net banking and debit cards
payments, the candidates on successful payment will be redirected to ISRO web portal and shown a page displaying
transaction details.

(iii) पूरी भुगतान प्रकक्रया के दौरान, कृ पया ररफ्रेि या बैक बिन न वक्लक करें अन्यथा पूरी प्रककया रद्द हो जाएगी/ During the entire payment
processing, do not click REFRESH or BACK button, else session will be aborted.

(iv) कृ पया भुगतान के तरीके (नेि बैंककं ग, डेवबि काडि , सभी एस.बी.आई. काउं िर) के संबंध में बैंकों/भुगतान गेििे के अनुदि
े ों का पालन करें / Please
follow the instructions of the banks / payment gateways with respect to the mode of payment (net banking, debit cards,

(v) अभ्यथी भुगतान की वस्थवत की जांच एिं रसीद मुकद्रत करने हेतु विज्ञापन पृष्ठ में उपलब्ध ललंक “भुगतान वस्थवत” पर देि सकते हैं। ककसीअन्य मोड
में भुगतान स्िीकार नहीं ककया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन भुगतान की ककसी तकनीकी समस्या के वलए अभ्यथी rmt-hsfc@isro.gov.in को ईमेल भेज
सकते हैं / Candidates can check Payment status and Print Receipt by visiting “Payment Status” link available in advertisement
page. No other mode of payment will be accepted. For any technical issues with online payment, candidates may send an email
to rmt-hsfc@isro.gov.in

(vi) सभी मवहला, अनुसवू चत जावत (अनु.जा.) अनुसवू चत जनजावत (अनु.ज.जा.), भूतपूिि सैवनक (भू.सै.) तथा विकलांग अभ्यर्थियों को आिेदन िु्क के

लप्रंि करना होगा, वजसमें अभ्यथी का नाम, पंजीकरण संख्या, विज्ञापन संख्या तथा पद कोड अंककत होगा, वजसे भविष्य में संदभि हेतु रिना होगा।
All Women candidates / Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST); Ex-serviceman [EX-SM] and Persons with Benchmark
Disabilities (PWBD) candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee. However, after registration of application on-
line, the candidates have to down-load and print the personalized registration confirmation form from the ISRO website which
will contain the Name of the candidate, Registration Number, Advertisement No., and Post code for future reference.

(vii) अ.वप.ि. सवहत अन्य अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा दो/अनेक प्रवत जमा करने की वस्थवत में, आिेदन, वजसके वलए आिेदन िु्क के भुगतान हेतु अंवतम तारीि के
अंदर ‘आिेदन िु्क’, प्राि होता है, उस पर ही विचार ककया जाएगा/ In case of submission of duplicate/multiple applications by other
candidates including OBC, the application against which the ‘application fee’ has been received within the last date for payment
of application fee only will be considered.

(viii) ऑन-लाइन आिेदन भेजने के बाद िैवक्षक अहिता, जावत प्रमाण-पि, सेिावनिृत्त प्रमाण-पि, विकलाँगता प्रमाण-पि, भुगतान रसीद आकद की पुवि
में कोई दस्तािेज भेजने की आिश्यकता नहीं है, बव्क इसरो मुख्यालय द्वारा जब कभी भी माँगे जाएँ तब संबंवधत सभी दस्तािेज़ प्रस्तुत ककए जाने

उ्लेवित ‘‘अनापवत्त प्रमाणपि’’ प्रस्तुत ककया जाना चावहए / NO DOCUMENTS SUPPORTING TO THEIR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION,
CASTE CERTIFICATE, DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE, PWD CERTIFICATE, CHALLAN ETC. TO BE SENT TO HSFC AFTER COMPLETION OF
SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION BUT ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AS AND WHEN CALLED FOR BY
HSFC. HOWEVER, THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY EMPLOYED UNDER CENTRAL/STATE/PSU/AUTONOMOUS BODIES SHOULD
PRODUCE “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” FROM THE EMPLOYER CONCERNED AS MENTIONED IN PARA 4 ABOVE.

आिेदक द्वारा एक से अवधक बार ककए गए भुगतान, यकद कोई हो, सवहत सभी भुगतान सख्त रूप से अप्रवतदेय तथा अहस्तांतरणीय आधार पर हैं। आिेदक द्वारा ककए
गए ककसी भी भुगतान को िापस नहीं ककया जाएगा/ All payments made including multiple transactions if any, made by an applicant are
on a strictly non-refundable and non-transferable basis. Applicant is not allowed to Charge back any payments made, if any.

7. चयन प्रककया/ Selection Process:

वनर्दिष्ि अहिता न्यूनतम आिश्यकता माि है और वसफि उसके होने से ही अभ्यथी वलवित परीक्षा एंि कौिन परीक्षा के वलए बुलाए जाने हेतु अहि नहीं बन
जाता। ऑनलाइन आिेदनों में अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा मुहयै ा कराए गए िैक्षवणक वनष्पादन एिं अन्य पैरामीिर के आधार पर प्रारं वभक छँिनी की जाएगी और
छँिनी में पाि पाए गए अभ्यर्थियों को ही के िल बेंगलूरु में आयोवजत होने िाली वलवित परीक्षा के वलए बुलाया जाएगा। िे अभ्यथी, जो वलवित परीक्षा
में एच.एस.एफ.सी. द्वारा वनधािररत वनष्पादन मापदंडो के आधार पर परीक्षा उत्तीणि करते हैं, उन्हें अवधसूवचत ररवक्तयों की संख्या को ध्यान में रिते हुए
कौिल परीक्षा में सवम्मवलत होना होगा। जो के िल बेंगलूरु में ही आयोवजत की जाएगी।
The qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidate
eligible to be called for Written test and Skill test. There will be an initial screening, based on the academic performance and other
parameters provided by the candidates/ applicants in the on-line applications and only those screened-in candidates will be called
for Written test to be held in Bengaluru only. Candidates those who qualify based on the performance/ parameters set by HSFC in
the written test and taking into consideration of number of vacancies notified, will have to appear for skill test which will be held
in Bengaluru only.

अंवतम चयन वलवित परीक्षा ने पूणितया प्राप्तां क के आधार पर अहि अभ्यर्थियों में से ककया जाएगा। न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ कौिल परीक्षा में अहि
पाए जाने िाले अभ्यर्थियों में से, वलवित परीक्षा में प्राप्तांक के क्रम में पैनल तैयार ककया जाएगा। कौिल परीक्षा ‘उत्तीणि-या-अनुत्तीणि’ के आधार पर
होगी तथा कौिल परीक्षा में प्राप्तांक अंवतम चयन हेतु नहीं माने जाएंगे। [कौिल परीक्षा अहिता मानदंड है, वजसमें न्यूनतम 60% अंक पाने िाले अभ्यथी
उत्तीणि (अहि) और 60% से कम अंक पाने िाले अभ्यथी अनुत्तीणि (अनहि) माने जाएंगे]। परीक्षा के अंकों में समानता होने की दिा में अवधसू वचत अहिता
(ओं) के िैक्षवणक अंकों को इस हेतु ध्यान में रिा जाएगा।
The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates, purely based on the scores obtained by them in the written test. From
amongst candidates who qualify in the Skill test, with minimum 60% marks, empanelment shall be done in the order of marks
obtained in the written test. Skill test, will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in the skill test shall not be considered
for final selection [Skill test is a qualification criterion, wherein the candidate obtaining minimum 60% as go (qualified) and less
than 60% as no-go (not qualified)]. In case of a tie in written test scores, the academic scores of the notified qualification(s) shall be
the tie breaker.

नोि / Note: छँिनी ककए गए अभ्यर्थियों हेतु वलवित परीक्षा के िल बेंगलूरु में आयोवजत की जाएगी / The written test will be conducted for the
screened-in candidates in Bengaluru only.

8. सामान्य ितें/General Conditions:

अ) माि ऑन-लाइन भेजे गए आिेदनों पर ही विचार ककया जाएगा। डाक द्वारा भेजे गए आिेदनों पर कोई विचार नहीं ककया जाएगा।
a. Applications made through on-line only will be entertained. Physical applications will not be entertained.

अ) पद अस्थायी हैं, परं तु इनके बने रहने की संभािना है।

b. The posts are temporary, but likely to continue indefinitely.

अ) उपरोि उव्लवित पद अनंवतम हैं एिं िास्तविक आिश्यकताओं के आधार पर बदल सकते हैं।
c. The number of posts indicated above is provisional and may vary depending on the actual requirements.

अ) वनयुि अभ्यर्थियों की आिश्यकता पडने पर, भारत में वस्थत भारतीय अंतररक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन/अंतररक्ष विभाग के ककसी भी के न्द्र/यूवनि में

d. The appointees are liable to be posted in any of the Centers/Units of the Indian Space Research Organization/Department
of Space situated anywhere in India, as and when required. For details of ISRO Centre/Units, please visit www.isro.gov.in

e. ISRO reserves the right either not to fill up all or any of the posts, if it so desires.

f. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

अ) मुि विविद्यालय एिं दूर विक्षा (ओ.डी.एल.) के माध्यम से व्यिसावयक पाठ्यक्रम में विक्षा प्राि अभ्यथी आिेदन के वलए पाि नहीं हैं।
g. Candidates pursued Professional course through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) are not eligible.

अ) यकद कोई अभ्यथी विज्ञापन में दी गई पािता/ ितों को पूरा नहीं करते हैं तो कभी भी विसंगवत पाए जाने पर अथाित वलवित परीक्षा / कौिल
परीक्षा के पूिि अथिा वलवित परीक्षा / कौिल परीक्षा के दौरान अथिा वलवित परीक्षा/ कौिल परीक्षा के पिात जाँच के दौरान ककसी भी
चरण में फ़ौरन ही आपका/ आपकी उम्मीदिारी रद्द कर दी जायेगी।
h. If a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility / conditions given in the advertisement, his / her candidature will be
cancelled summarily at any stage on scrutiny whenever the discrepancy is noticed i.e. before written test / skill test or
during written test/ skill test or after written test/ skill test.

झ) वलवित परीक्षा में अहिक अंक प्राि करने पर बाहर से आनेिाले चयवनत अभ्यर्थियों को ऑन-लाइन आिेदन में कदए गए पते से कौिल परीक्षा के
स्थान तक वनकितम रास्ते के द्वारा आने-जाने हेतु वद्वतीय श्रेणी की ियनयान श्रेणी का रे ल भाडा अथिा गैर-ए.सी. बस िु्क, अथिा िास्तविक
भाडा जो भी कम हो, को यािा का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करने पर, जैसे कक रे ल, बस, हिाई, इत्याकद वजसमें भी यािा की हो, के भाडे का भुगतान
ककया जाएगा। यकद कोई अभ्यथी रे लगाडी, बस या हिाई जहाज से उच्च श्रेणी में यािा करता है तो ऐसी वस्थवत में उसे आरक्षण/ ियनयान
प्रभार को छोडकर न्यूनतम दूरी का वद्वतीय श्रेणी के रे लगाडी के ककराये का भुगतान ककया जाएगा ।
i. Outstation candidates short listed for skill test after qualifying in the written test will be paid to and fro Second Class
sleeper Railway fare by the shortest distance from the address given in the on-line application to the place of skill test or
non-A/c Bus fare or actual fare whichever is less on production of proof of journey, irrespective of the mode of journey
performed by the candidate viz., Rail, Bus, Air, etc. If a candidate travels in a higher class of accommodation, by train, by
bus or by Air, only second class train fare by the shortest distance excluding reservation / sleeper charges will be paid.

 ञ) अभ्यर्थियों को सत्यापन के वलए कौिल परीक्षा के समय अपने आिेदन में कदए गए ब्यौरों के साक्ष्य के वलए सभी मूल दस्तािेजों को प्रस्तुत
करना होगा| िे अभ्यथी जो उि दस्तािेजों को प्रस्तुत करने में असमथि होंगे, उन्हें कौिल परीक्षा में बैठने हेतु अनुमवत नहीं दी जायेगी तथा
उनके यािा भत्ते का भुगतान नहीं ककया जायेगा।
j. Candidates will have to produce original documents in proof of the details furnished in their application at the time of
Skill Test for verification. Those who fail to produce the said documents will not be allowed to attend the Skill Test and
TA will not be paid.

अ) अ.जा./अ.ज.जा./अ.वप.ि. से संबंवधत अभ्यर्थियों को जावत प्रमाण पि की निीनतम प्रवत प्रस्तुत करनी होगी और उपरोि पैरा 2 में उ्लेि के
अनुसार, जो अभ्यथी पी.डब््यू.बी.डी. एिं अन्य िगों के होने की छू ि का दािा करते हैं, उन्हें कौिल परीक्षा के समय उनके द्वारा अर्जित
समतु्य िैवक्षक अहिता के समथिन में सभी प्रमाणपिों सवहत भारत सरकार के तहत रोजगार के आरक्षण/ छू ि के वलए लागू वनधािररत प्रपि में
सक्षम अवधकारी द्वारा जारी ककया गया सुसंगत प्रमाण पि प्रस्तुत करना आिश्यक होगा।
k. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC should submit a latest copy of Caste Certificate and candidates who claim
concession / relaxations being PWBD and other categories of candidates as mentioned in para 2 above need to bring
relevant certificates issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed proforma applicable for reservation /
concessions of jobs under the Government of India including all the certificates supporting for having acquired their
equivalent educational qualification at the time of Skill Test.

अ) भूतपूिि सैवनकों को कौिल परीक्षा के समय पूिि सेिा की वस्थवत को विवधित रूप से दिािते हुए सेिा-वनिृवत्त प्रमाण पि की प्रवत प्रस्तुत करनी
होगी | भूतपूिि सैवनकों द्वारा प्राप्त अहिता विज्ञापन में दी गई अहिता से वभन्न हो तो, सक्षम अवधकारीयों द्वारा आिश्यक समतु्यता प्रमाण पि
भी प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
l. Ex-servicemen have to submit a copy of the Discharge Certificate duly indicating the Ex-service status at the time of Skill
Test. Ex-Servicemen have to also submit necessary equivalency certificate issued by the Competent Authorities
whenever the qualification acquired by them is different from the posts advertised and applied for by them.

ञ) आर्थिक दृवि से कमजोर िगों के वलए आरक्षण (ई.डब््यू.एस.)

m. Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) :

 वयवि जो अ.जा., अ.ज.जा. तथा अ.वप.ि. के वलए आरक्षण की योजना में िावमल नहीं हैं और वजनके पररिार की सकल िार्षिक आय 8.00
लाि रु. (आठ लाि रुपए माि) से कम है, को आरक्षण के लाभाथि ई.डब्लयू.एस. के रूप में वनर्दिष्ि ककया जाना चावहए। आिेदन करने के िषि के
पूिि वित्त िषि के वलए आय में सभी स्रोतों से आय जैसे िेतन, कृ वष, वयापार, िृवत्त आकद से आय िावमल की जाए। साथ ही, िे वयवि वजनके
पररिार के स्िावमत्ि में वनम्नवलवित पररसम्पवत्तयाँ हैं, को ई.डब््यू.एस. के रूप में वनर्दिष्ि नहीं ककया जाए, चाहे उनके पररिार की आय कु छ
भी क्यूँ न हो/ Persons who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs and whose family has
gross annual income below Rs.8.00 lakh (Rupees eight lakh only) are to be identified as EWSs for benefit of reservation.
Income shall, also include income from all sources i.e., salary, agriculture, business, profession, etc., for the financial year
prior to the year of application. Also persons whose family owns or possesses any of the following assets shall be excluded
from being identified as EWS, irrespective of the family income :-
I. 5 एकड और उससे अवधक कृ वष भूवम/ 5 acres of agricultural land and above;
II. 1000 िगि फीि या उससे बडा आिासीय मकान / Residential flat of 1000 sq. ft. and above;
III. अवधसूवचत मुवनसीपावलिी क्षेि में 100 िगि गज या उससे बडा प्लॉि / Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in
notified municipalities;
IV. अवधसूवचत मुवनसीपावलिी क्षेि से इतर क्षेि में 200 िगि गज या उससे बडा प्लॉि / Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and
above in areas other than the notified municipalities.

 ई.डब््यू.एस. वस्थवत का वनधािरण करते िक्त भूवम अथिा सम्पवत्त धारण की जाँच हेतु पररिार की विवभन्न स्थान/िहरों में सम्पवत्त
को वमलाया जाएगा / The property held by a “Family” in different locations or different places/cities would be
clubbed while applying the land or property holding test to determine EWS status.
 इस उद्देश्य हेतु ‘पररिार’ िब्द में िह वयवि जो आरक्षण का लाभ माँग रहा है, उसके माता-वपता तथा उसके भाई-बहन, जो 18 िषि
से कम आयु के हैं और साथ ही, उसका जीिन साथी और 18 िषि से कम आयु के उसके बच्चे, िावमल हैं/ The term “Family” for
this purpose will include the person who seeks benefit of reservation, his/her parents – and siblings below the age
of 18 years as also his/her spouse and children below the age of 18 years.

आय तथा पररसंपवत्त प्रमाण पि जारी करने िाले प्रावधकरण तथा प्रमाण पि का सत्यापन
INCOME AND ASSET CERTIFICATE ISSUING AUTHORITY AND VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATE :
 ई.डब््यू.एस. के तहत आरक्षण का लाभ, सक्षम प्रावधकरण द्वारा जारी आय तथा पररसंपवत्त प्रमाण पि को प्रस्तु त करने पर ही प्राप्त ककया जा
सकता है। अभ्यथी का ‘ई.डब््यू.एस. में िावमल’ होने के दािे के प्रमाण के रूप में के िल अनुबध
ं -1 में कदए गए वनधािररत प्रारूप में वनम्नवलवित
प्रावधकरणों में से ककसी के द्वारा जारी आय तथा पररसंपवत्त प्रमाण पि ही स्िीकार ककया जाएगा/ The benefit of reservation under EWS
can be availed upon production of an Income and Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority. The Income and Asset
Certificate issued by anyone of the following authorities in the prescribed format as given in Annexure-1 shall only be
accepted as proof of candidate’s claim as ‘belonging to EWS’:-

दस्तािेजों की सािधानीपूििक जांच करते हुए जारी करे गा।
The Officer who issues the certificate would do the same after carefully verifying all relevant documents following due
process as prescribed by the respective State/UT.
 अभ्यर्थियों को जब कभी आिश्यकता पडे आय एिं पररसंपवत्त प्रमाण पि प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
Candidates will have to produce income and asset certificate as and when required.

अ) आिेदन के िल ऑनलाइन द्वारा ही स्िीकार ककए जाएंगे और अभ्यर्थियों को सभी आगे के पिाचार ई-मेल/इसरो की िेबसाइि के माध्यम से ही
ककए जाएंगे। इसवलए, अभ्यर्थियों को वनयवमत रूप से ई-मेल जांचते रहने तथा समय-समय पर एच.एस.एफ.सी. की िेबसाइि देिते रहने की
सलाह दी जाती है। अभ्यर्थियों को ई-मेल या/कोई तकनीकी या ककसी भी कारणों से ककसी पिाचार के संबंध में सूचना न वमलने पर
एच.एस.एच.सी. उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
n. Applications will be received through on-line only and all further communications will be made to the applicants through e-
mail/ISRO website only. Therefore, the applicants are advised to check their e-mail regularly and visit the ISRO website
from time to time. HSFC will not be responsible for non-receipt of intimation regarding e-mail or / any communication due
to technical or whatsoever reasons to the candidates.

अ) माि संबंवधत परीक्षाओं में उत्तीणि अभ्यथी ही आिेदन करने हेतु पाि हैं। अंवतम पररणाम की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे विद्याथी आिेदन करने हेतु पाि
नहीं है।
o. The candidates who have passed out in the relevant examinations only are eligible to apply. Students awaiting for final
result need not apply.

अ) वलवित परीक्षा कें द्र या कौिल परीक्षा के कें द्र या पिाचार हेतु ई-मेल के पररितिन हेतु कोई अनुरोध स्िीकार नहीं ककया जाए।
p. Any request for change of written test centre or skill test Centre or e-mail id for communication will NOT be entertained.

अ) ककसी भी मध्यािवध पिाचार पर कोई विचार नहीं ककया जाएगा। कफर भी ककसी भी स्पष्िीकरण के संबंध में अभ्यथी
rmt-hsfc@isro.gov.in को मेल भेज सकते हैं।
q. No interim correspondence will be entertained. However, in case of any clarification, candidates may send their mail to
rmt-hsfc@isro.gov.in .

अ) एच.एस.एफ.सी. में रोजगार पाने हेतु ककसी भी प्रकार का प्रचार कायि आिेदक की उम्मीदिारी की अपािता का कारण बन सकता है।
r. CANVASSING IN ANY FORM FOR SECURING EMPLOYMENT IN HSFC WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF THE
CANDIDATURE OF THE APPLICANT.

अ) आयु, अहिता के अजिन आकद की गणना की वतवथ जैसे सभी उद्देश्यों के वलए कि ऑफ कदनांक (ऑनलाइन आिेदनों को प्राप्त करने हेतु अंवतम
कदनांक) 13.09.2019 होगा।
u. 13.09.2019 (LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF ON-LINE APPLICATIONS) will be the cut-off date for all purposes like
computation of age, acquiring of qualification, etc.

अ) अभ्यर्थियों को यह सुवनवित करना होगा कक िे इस विज्ञापन तथा आिेदन में कदए गए हर प्रकार की पािता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं एिं उसमें
दी गई आिश्यकताओं तथा वनदेिों का अनुपालन करते हैं। अत: अभ्यर्थियों से अनुरोध है कक िे विज्ञापन को ध्यानपूििक पढे तथा ऑनलाइन
आिेदन प्रपि भरें और इस संबंध में कदए गए वनदेिों अनुसार उसे प्रस्तुत करें ।
