To produce chalk you need a Chalk Mould. A chalk mould is a hollow

cavity into which you pour your chalk solution; the solution becomes
chalk upon solidification. The most common type of chalk mould in use
is the Rubber Chalk Mould it is durable, portable and affordable. It is
made of hard, reinforced rubber and it comes in different cavities. Just
arrange the rubber chalk mould on a table and you are good to go.
