The answer is can and must, because to be an ideal nurse must pay attention to patient satisfaction,
because not all hospital is ideal. So hospital nurses that patients enter must be ideal.

The important thing that must be considered to be an ideal nurse is:

The first is satisfaction patients with health care providers. This is an effort to compete with other health
care providers.

The second satisfaction of patients with nursing care. This is related to nursing care provided by nurses.

The third namely patient expectation and satisfaction. Because when the nurse knows the expectation
and satisfaction of the patient. It will increase satisfaction and facilitate further care.

The last, is nurses awareness of patients. This is the most important thing because it can support the
patient care process.

So those four things must also be considered to be ideal nurses.
