6-Week Course in Defensor Method Empty Hands & Serrada
training. The first hour each session concentrates on Silat, JKD
Concepts, Dirty Boxing, Kicking & Grappling. Learn Entries,
Strike patterns, Locks, Takedowns, Partner Drills, Djuroes, JKD
concepts, grappling, kicking drills & “dirty boxing”. The second
hour of the course concentrates on covering the "Serrada"
System of Escrima. This is the system of Filipino Escrima
taught by the late Grandmaster Angel Cabales, a big part of
Defensor Method. "Serrada" specializes in very close range and
will enhance any practitioner's close range skills, reflexes, &
timing in both weapons and empty hands.
