Davao City, Philippines promise to pay in the order of CS3 LENDING & REALTY, INC. In
the amount of ONE MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php1,500,000.00) on or before TWELVE MONTHS starting from today With 4%
monthly interest to be paid every month starting continuously thereafter every month
until the principal amount is fully paid. (Diminishing). For a period of one year
starting today. With an option to renew with 10% penalty from the monthly
amortization for nonpayment or delayed payment.
