SUBJECT: EMPLOYEE’S AGE LIMIT |
DESCRIPTION:
To overcome a special skill manpower shortage, if required:
+ MMHE and sub-contractor employees who are above 65 years old are allowed to
work in MMHE up to 65 years old. However, they are required to conduct medical
check-up every two (2) years and declared to be ‘fit-to-work’. Further requirement is
subjected under MMHE HR policy.
+ In addition for non-Malaysian, MMHE respective divisions shall ensure that the
employer of the employees is responsible for their fitness and insurance coverage
during their working period with MMHE.
+ Employees with 66 years old and above, are subjected to the following requirements:
i. Conduct full medical checkup
ii. Application is to be reviewed by GM, QHSE and is subjected to approval by
SGM, Operation
