General Santos Academy, Inc. I am writing this letter to inform you that I want to clear my name
in the UNIFAST as a TES Grantee in the year 2019-2020, because I am already a Kabugwason
Paglaum Scholar of the province of South Cotabato. If my name was found to be included in
other scholarship I will be terminated in Kabugwason which is I am avoiding to happen.
