These instructions provide information about installation, operation, and routine maintenance. Unless noted, the information in this bulletin applies to all models 8150, 8250, and 8400 Blower. LOCK OUT/TAG OUT ALL ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO THE BLOWER. CIRCUIT DURING INSTALLATION OR REPAIRS. 2. Choose a flat, level location for the blower. Check the blower for damage, especially the fan shroud, fan blades, motor, starter and electrical cabling. 3. Locate the blower in the desired location and connect to an approved electrical connection. Unless otherwise specified, your blower is shipped complete with electrical components certified for use in Class 1, Division atmospheres. Unless otherwise specified, all connections should be 230/460 VAC, 3-phase power. 4. Check for proper fan rotation. Your blower is designed to pull air from behind the unit, through the fan, and out the front. When viewed from the front the fan should rotate in a clockwise direction. OPERATION: 1. Direct the flow of air in the desired direction. 2. Switch the fan ON. ROUTINE Marr 7 1. Check the blower for damage, especially the fan shroud, fan blades, motor, starter and electrical cabling. 2. Grease the motor according to manufacturer recommendations. 3.
