Facilitator
Dr. Mario Wallace is a native Memphian and the President of All Things Strategic Consulting. He is
also the former Director of the Office of Strategy Management at the University of Arkansas for
Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas where he led the creation of the university’s Vision 2029
Plan. He has more than 20 years of small business consulting experience and 11 years of
healthcare consulting experience. He has published the “ADEM Strategy Management
Cyclical Explained, the ADEM Model: Integrating the Tripartite Missions in a Teaching
Hospital,” and the Four Cognitive Skills of Business Strategists. He has a doctoral degree
in Business Administration Leadership. He has certifications in the Balanced Scorecard
from Palladium Group. He is an active member of the America College of Healthcare
Executives (ACHE).

If cancellations are received in writing after March 10, 50% of the registration fee is
refundable. Registrants who cancel the day of the program or fail to attend, must pay the
