PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA

This chapter presents the data gathered, the results of the statistical analysis done and interpretation of
findings. These are presented in tabular and textual forms following the sequence of the specific
research problem regarding the difference in computer literacy skill between the different genders.

Profile

The Grade 12 CSS strand has __ students. From this population, the researchers took a sample of 30
students specifically 15 male and 15 females.

SCALE OF INTERPRETATION OF THE TOTAL SCORE AQUIRED


The standardized test has 1 main variable and also contains 9 subvariables having 3 question each.
Overall, there is a total of 27 questions in the questionnaire. The main variable is the total score
acquired while the sub variables are as followed: Terminology, File Management, Word Processing,
Spreadsheets, Databases, Printing, Email, Internet, and Information Search.
