of the entrustment of the executive functions of the Central Government relation to any
matters specified in sub-clause (c) and (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Indian Official
Secrets Act, Part-II, section 3 dated 4 May 1963, the government of Uttar-Pradesh
hereby declares under the sub-clause (d) of the clause (8) of section 2 of the said Act,
