February 04, 2020 is our first day of immersion.

Today we just have our orientation with

the principal of Bagumbong Elementary School. After the orientation the principal accompanied
us to our assigned teacher. Since this is our first day the assigned teacher to our group let us to
observe the class. We are assigned in Grade six Diamond section one. They are doing their
activity in MAPEH which is the paper mosaic.

The teacher in the next room asked me to look after his class because all the grade six
teachers have their urgent meeting for the graduation of their students. At first, the pupils are just
quiet but later on they are already noisy. Then I roam around the room to check if they are doing
the task given by their teacher. I observe some of the students have their own world. Then there
are also students that are very naughty especially the boys. Also when they are asking me a
permission to go out they took so long before they go back. So the next time they ask me I didn’t
allow some of them. When their teacher is already there I go back to my designated room.

February 11, 2020 is our second day of immersion. Today ma’am assigned as to write
visual aids about the collecting data Mathematics. After that, the entire grade four, grade five,
and grade six students have gathered in covered court for the campaign for new Supreme Pupil
Government (SPG). Every party list has their performance. We just watch after the students and
we warn those students that are not listening. The whole day was spent in the program that is
why we are not that busy this day.

February 17, 2020 is our third day of immersion. Today we prepare an action song about
integers. We taught the students to sing and dance about integers. Our group decided to divide
the steps for us to teach them. Mica Santilices is the one who taught the step for the first stanza
and I taught the chorus and Marichel Velez is the one who taught the last stanza of the song.
After we taught them to dance and sing, we divided them into four groups to dance. Then after
they dance we chose the group that is very good and also we chose individual students that also
done a great dance and gave them stickers. We told them that the one who got a lot of stickers in
our last day of immersion have a reward.

After the activity their adviser already taught them to their lesson. Then after their lesson
they have practice for their graduation song and we just observe them in their practice.

February 18, 2020 is our fourth day of immersion. Today we just look over the students
while they don’t have yet their subject teachers. When the class is already noisy we told them
that we will give stickers to those students who are behaved. We gave also stickers for those who
initiate to clean the room.

When they have already their teacher we just observe the class.
