Dear Sir,

Our client, ACRO TRANS, INC. aready endorsed to Collection Agency years back for their Rental
and DM Billings since 2009 amounting to 10,304.00. The account was returned to C&C for further
collection exhaustion and after reconciliation meeting was able to convince to pay in CASH
amounting to Php8,207.75 last October 24, 2017.

Remaining AR balance which comprises DM billings amounting to Php2,096.25 is proposed to be

waived or discounted from the Total AR due to DM records cannot be located anymore.
