Dear Sir,

Greetings! I am Lenz Christopher F. Garabato, 25 years of age, male, single and a

born Filipino from Bayawan City, Barangay Tinago; Negros Oriental. I graduated from
Negros Oriental State University Dumaguete with a course in Bachelor of Arts and
sciences last 2015. I have also passed the Career Service Professional Eligibility
examination last August 4, 2019 with a general rating of 80.26 conducted at Dumaguete
City Negros Oriental. I hereby would like to apply for the position of FIRE OFFICER
ONE (FO1) of the BFP in region 7.

I do believe that I posses the proper discipline and determination needed to be a FIRE
OFFICER 1. In my life it has been my desire to serve my government and own
countrymen and the best means to do that, is to be part of the highly esteemed
BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION family. I am willing to be assigned anywhere in
region VII without my own choosing for any designation/station, I will not violate the “No
Contact Policy” of the BFP, and if upon verification I am proven to have violated the said
policy it would be cause the outright rejection of my application, I will not engage in any
unscrupulous transactions, particularly bribery and other corrupt practices. I am
physically fit and have not been hospitalized or diagnosed with a contagious disease or
subject to a medical operation, which will negatively affect my physical condition in the
