Have the children sitting in a circle. Pass a beanbag round the circle (to the pulse ideally!).
The child with the beanbag on the word 'me' says their name in the sentence '...............is my
name'. The group then repeat '..............is her name'.

It is good to prepare the children for the next round with a rhythmic 'are you ready?'

This game can also be played by giving puppets to a selection of children. The children can
use different voices for their puppet and the group then respond in the same voice. This can
be played without passing a beanbag but simply by directing the chant to particular children.
