Lemonilo Natural Instant Fried Noodle

Considering the negative impact of instant noodle, we may sometimes think twice
before eating it. As we know that too often eating instant noodle is not good for our health, it
is due to mostly instant noodles are made by frying at 1400 to 1500 centigrade for one to two
minutes so that it can become dry, stiff, and durable. In the other hand, this frying process
causes them to have high levels of trans fat which is harmful to our body. Furthermore, the
noodle seasoning contains so much MSG (Monosodium glutamate) and preservative which
make noodle less healthy to be eaten.
However, right now we do not have to think twice anymore to eat instant noodle
because there is natural instant noodle from Lemonilo. Lemonilo itself is a company
producing variety of natural and healthy products such as skincare, cosmetic, supplement,
and also food. Lemonilo instant fried noodle is one of its food products. It can be called as
natural noodle because it made from natural ingredients, without artificial color,
preservatives, and additional MSG. Even when you only look at the packaging, you may have
guessed that Lemonilo instant fried noodle is natural noodle due to the bright green color
packaging with some vegetable pictures like onion, chili, spinach in the corner of the
packaging. The words “With spinach powder” will may also convince you that this is healthy
noodle. Moreover, the packaging also looks more attractive with the touch of Kawung batik
motifs. As written in #FaktaLemonilo on the back of the package, Kawung batik motif
simbolyzes the hope that the batik user can become a useful person in the community.
Likewise, Lemonilo hopes that Lemonilo instant fried noodle can be useful in helping
Indonesian people to achieve happiness through a healthy body and soul.
If you open the packaging, you will find the green noodle which this green color is
from spinach and also there are the seasoning sachets consisting of main powder seasoning,
chili powder, onion oil, and soy sauce. Because all of them are from natural ingredients, it
makes Lemonilo instant fried noodle has short expiration which is around 7 months after the
production date. Then, what follow below are the natural ingredients contained in Lemonilo
instant fried noodle:
1. Noodle: Wheat flour, mocaf flour, salt, spinach powder, and sodium bicarbonate.
2. Main powder seasoning: Sugar, salt, chicken powder, garlic and onion powder.
3. Chili powder: Chili powder.
4. Onion oil: Vegetable oil and onion.
5. Soy sauce: Water, sugar, salt, and black soybean.
The use of mocaf flour makes this noodle has low total calory, even it only has 300
kkal, compared to other noodles which up to 400 kkal. Thus, if you are on diet, I do
recommend this noodle. Furthermore, the noodle drying process is not through frying but
baking in the oven that makes this instant noodle contains 0 % trans fat and lower gluten. Due
to the natural ingredients and the baking process, Lemonilo instant fried noodle is safe to be
eaten by toddler and pregnant woman.
The step how to cook Lemonilo instant fried noodle is same as other noodle. You just
need to put the noodles into a boiling pot of water, let it cook for approximately 3 until 5
minutes, then drain it well, and just mix it with the seasonings. Then, how about the taste?
Unfortunately the taste is not as delicious as ordinary noodle. It may because there is no
additional MSG contained in Lemonilo instant fried noodle. The price is also more expensive
than other ordinary noodles but it is still fairly affordable which is around Rp. 6000 up to Rp.
8000 per pack.
