GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT:
To provide clear direction for retail performance evaluation and incentive scheme. the following
guidelines shall be observed.
COVERAGE: Policy shall apply to all Motoreycle, Three wheel transport
retail units
SPECIFIC POLICIES:
1 The sales target shall be set at 1,000,000 pesos per branch on a monthly basis for sales,
of brand new and repo units. Excluding sales of spare parts, lubes, accessories and
service fees.
II, Each branch is structured with + personnel. Any additional manpower translates to
ditional quota of 250,000 pesos per person.
TIL. Lease rental of more than 50,000 pesos also translates to 250,000 pesos additional
quota. Additional 250,000 for every inerement of 50,000 in lease rental
IV. For Electric Mobility retail centres, MIP sales of electric bike
or counted as sal
iueries shall be considered
on parts accessories and not on Electric Bike units.
V. Business Unit heads or officers are expected to issue performance memos on monthly
basis to branches and managers that would fail wo reach the sales quota, Furnish copy

VI. The sales output of the branch is a collective effort of all branch personnel. ‘Thus itis
expected that all branch personnel shall be evaluated and not just the BM or SO for
failure to reach even at least 70% of target for 3 consecutive months.

Branches that will be able to hit 70% of sales target are entitled to incentives of 2% of
8% for area officers

Ill, Sales of MIP shall only be claimed upon payment of clients 3rd monthly instalment due
at current status. Sales incentives shall be forfeited for sales that is on overdue status on its
3rd month instalment schedule.
IV. Anemployee must be assigned and present more than 15 working days on the particular
month in order to benefit from the incentive progran
